1 General Terms & Applicability

Daka8 (bundles daka8.net) is an international online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between daka8 and its users. By using the platform, you confirm that:

2 Account Registration & Verification

To create a valid account at daka8, follow the process below. Registration is completely free and simple — takes just a few minutes.

Registration Process

• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Create a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts from one device/IP may result in account cancellation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, daka8 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. KYC documents may be required in the following cases:

• Before first withdrawal.
• During large-value transactions.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• At the request of regulatory authorities.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• BKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and card payments are accepted.
• Deposits via most methods are instant — credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• No deposit fees, though your payment provider may charge separately.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳2,00,000 (varies by account level).
• Processing typically completes within 24 hours; faster for KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for deposit (per Anti-Money Laundering policy).
• Attempts to withdraw bonus funds without depositing are automatically rejected by the system.

5 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

Daka8's betting section includes various gaming options including Sports Betting, Live Betting, Casino, and Live Casino. While each category has specific rules, some general terms apply across all areas.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to technical error, bets in that round may be voided — bet amounts will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting system vulnerabilities or incorrect odds will be voided.
• Daka8 is not responsible for missed bets in live betting due to internet disruptions.
• Accounts may be subject to investigation if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games ensure completely random outcomes — no manipulation possible.

Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Final payout is determined by the odds at the time of bet placement; subsequent changes do not apply. In live betting, odds may change instantly.

6 Prohibited Activities

Daka8 is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and punishable:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts without meeting bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
• Gaming using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to platform security.
• Attempting to complete KYC with fake identity or someone else's information.
